We offer deer, moose, bear and upland bird hunts! We are located in the southern part of New Brunswick, Canada - just north of the state of Maine and only an 8 hour drive from Boston. Our Log lodges are nestled on a pine knoll far from highways and residential areas and offer a taste of the past with some modern amenities. These log lodges were built in 1954 with a new log addition in 1998. My grandfather, also an outfitter who excelled at deer, moose and bear hunting, handed them down to me.
The lodge was named by a sport named Frank Markel, a regular visitor, who was a very good friend of my grandfather. Frank shot a 10 point buck whose horns were all crumpled together
--so-- the name "Krumplehorn Lodge" was born!
